Terms of Service

By accessing or using ShotDesk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

ShotDesk is a software-as-a-service platform that helps creative agencies manage clients, projects, scripts, invoices, social media, and advertising campaigns from one workspace.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

ShotDesk offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. New accounts receive a 14-day free Pro trial that does not require a credit card. Script credit purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal activity; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' use of it.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using ShotDesk. ShotDesk retains all rights to the platform, its code, branding, and underlying technology.

ShotDesk's AI features generate content based on inputs you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI output before using it commercially. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

When you upload data about your clients into ShotDesk, you represent that you have the legal right and necessary consent to do so. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding your clients.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. No SLA is offered on free trial accounts. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy and then deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotDesk's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
