This Privacy Policy describes how ShotDesk ("ShotDesk", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software-as-a-service platform at shotdesk.co.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email, password hash, agency name, and profile details you provide.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, and IP address.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Cookies: session and analytics cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the ShotDesk platform.
- Process subscription and one-time billing transactions.
- Communicate with you about product updates, security, and support.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the product.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run ShotDesk, including Supabase (database, auth, storage) and Stripe (payments). All providers operate under contractual data protection obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain personal data for up to 90 days for backup and recovery purposes, after which it is permanently deleted from production systems.

6. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@shotdesk.co. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest using industry-standard encryption provided by Supabase and AWS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and audited.
8. Children's Privacy
ShotDesk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of ShotDesk after changes constitutes acceptance.
